1. Processing Time
All orders placed through wearandgoo will be processed within 2-4 business days from Monday to Friday. Our processing hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will typically take 7 to 15 business days to arrive at your shipping address, depending on your location within the United States. Our shipping hours are also from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday to Friday.
3. Shipping Costs
- Orders Over $199: Shipping is FREE for all orders over $199 within the United States.
- Orders Under $199: A shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied to all orders under $199.
4. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner:
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS
Please note that the carrier used for your shipment will depend on factors such as your location and the size of your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
6. Shipping Areas
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain restrictions may apply to shipping depending on your location. For example, certain products may not be available to ship to specific areas due to local laws, regulations, or logistics issues. If your order is affected by these restrictions, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution if possible.
8. Taxes
A 5% sales tax will be applied to all orders within the United States as required by law. The tax will be calculated based on the total price of your order, excluding shipping fees.
9. Delivery Problems
In the rare event that your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@wearandgoo.com so that we can investigate the situation. We may work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
10. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with the carrier to investigate the situation and either provide a replacement or refund your order.
- For Damaged Items: Please send us photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim.
- For Lost Items: If the tracking information shows that your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund as necessary.
11. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at contact@wearandgoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items such as embroidered apparel and personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
12. Handling Charges
A handling charge may apply to specific products or special requests. This charge will be included in the total cost of your order at checkout if applicable.
13. Shipping Insurance
At wearandgoo, we do not automatically include shipping insurance for orders. However, you can opt for shipping insurance at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping insurance covers the cost of damaged or lost items during transit.
If you opt to purchase shipping insurance, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure you are compensated in the event of damage or loss.
14. Embroidery Process for Apparel
All our apparel is embroidered with care and attention to detail. Please allow extra time for processing as the embroidery process may take additional time depending on the complexity of the design. We strive to provide high-quality, custom embroidered apparel that meets your expectations.
