Please ensure that the product is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, and that all tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a return.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Embroidered apparel must have no signs of wear, stains, or damages. Please carefully inspect your item(s) before initiating a return.
  • For personalized or customized items, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged during shipment.

If your item does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected, and you will be notified accordingly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. If you received an item in an unsatisfactory condition or if the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other return reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We recommend getting a shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate items (if applicable).

6. Damaged or Defective Products
