2. How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to you via one of our trusted carriers.

3. What are your shipping options?

We offer standard shipping within the United States using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $199, a $7.99 shipping fee will apply.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Can I change my order or shipping address?

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@wearandgoo.com. We can accommodate changes as long as your order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed, and unused items. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@wearandgoo.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

8. What happens if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.

9. Do you offer custom embroidery?

Yes! We specialize in custom embroidered apparel. If you’re looking for personalized designs, feel free to reach out to us with your ideas, and we will work with you to create the perfect product.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Both payment methods offer secure transactions, and you can use a variety of credit cards or your PayPal balance to complete your purchase.
